Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields Plugin Compatibility

Is there any known issue with using Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields plugin in conjunction with Smart Grid-Layout Design for Contact Form 7? The reason I ask is I can’t seem to create the groups according to the instructions on Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields. It seems as though Smart Grid-Layout Design for Contact Form 7 deletes groups after they are inserted into a module, and I can’t seem to figure out any workaround (yet).
