Contact Form 7 Change font color of headers

I am using Contact Form 7 and like it pretty well. The only problem I have is that all the headers are a grey color. I would like to be able to change that color to something more appropriate for my site, but can’t find any way to do that short of css modification.

My guess is that it is inheriting from either the theme (oceanwp) or the wp theme itself. I can do CSS if I have to, but would prefer something a little easier since I may have to turn this site over to someone who has no idea how to code.
