Contact Form 7 Cant submit pdf

Good Day i have an issue with CF7, i have a form which has a file attachment option, it has a file limit of 10mb and allows the followin file formats pdf, doc and docx. However when a user fills the form and submits a file, only doc and docx files submit. pdf doesnt submit/ work and does not give any error message
