I’m currently testing the plugin on my own homepage and can’t yet understand why Contact Form 7 classifies the messages as spam in many cases.

My tests on the desktop went flawlessly. I was only told by others that they could not submit the form.

I was then able to verify it on my cell phone: If I test with Android and Chrome on the mobile network, it is classified as spam. As soon as I switch to Wi-Fi, the message is sent immediately.

The theme that is used is Avada. WP Rocket is used as cache.

I am grateful for any tips.

    Greetings
    Marco

    Hi Marco.

It may be a server-side caching problem. Did you try to clean the cache in WordPress?

If you still face the problem, we can have a look on it together.

    Cheers,

    Matthias

    Hi Matthias,

thank you for the prompt response.

Do you mean the WP Rocket Cache? I have already cleared it several times. It would be great if we could look at the problem together. What is the best way to get together?

    Greetings
    Marco
