Contact form 7 and Google ReCaptcha v3 problem

My problem is this: My form used to work fine with ReCaptcha v3 but all of a sudden stopped working. I have no idea of what plugin might be interfering with this. I tried reverting back to ReCaptcha v2 (using “ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7”) which worked fine on desktop but didnt work on mobile. Does anybody know how to get contact form 7 to work properly with google recaptcha v3
