Hello, I’m trying to use this plugin with Contact Form 7.

My problem is that I don’t know what “form identifier” must I write into the form field I’ve created in the contact form. Must it be the form id in CF7? Or must it be the form id in osticket?

    Thanks in advance.
    Luis

    Hi Luis.

Please take a look at 2nd and 3rd screenshots. Form identifier is called “osticket-request” and is added on CF7 form as a hidden field.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,

Yes, I’ve seen those screenshots, but in the 3rd one my question is: Must it be always osticket-request=1?

Thank you for your quick response.

No, name and value can be any. This is to recognize that we are processing the right form.

So, “osticket-request” is just an example. You can use “my-hidden-field” or something like “7d660cb707c88e”. But it’s necessary that the hidden field on the form and the specified form identifier coincide each one other.
