Contact Form 7 and FancyBox Not Working After Recent Updates

Hi,

I am using FancyBox and Contact Form 7 to produce a popup with a contact form on our website which has been working well for many months. I did some plugin and WordPress updates and now the contact form is not popping up. Any ideas?
