Contact Form 7 404 Not found error on Amazon EC2 Linux AMI wordpress install

When do you see the 404 errors? After submission?

After I copy the shortcode in the contact page

OK. See this FAQ entry. Maybe you have put a wrong code.

My contact form doesn’t appear. Instead, a code [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”] appears.

If you are sure the short code is correct, it’s possible that other plugin or theme is interrupting. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme that you haven’t edited.

I deleted all the plugins and switched to the default theme, still get the same error.
