Contact form 7

  • Hello Forum.

    I have an issue regarding my themes contact form ( I cannot receive emails), and Im trying to find the best possible solution, as my web host and my theme developers point to each other. So I chose the middle man WP to get some insight and, Ill try to be as simple as possible.

    A) When I use the contact form 7, the emails miraculously arrive. But they come with my c-panel username, and domain name accompanied with the person who sends me the email. Should I be worried my c-panel username appears in my emails which someone sends to me?

    B) I tried to delete the contact form, in case its conflicting with the themes personal contact form, and when I try to delete the plug in Im getting a message: ” You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site”.

    What would be the best way to approach the problem?
