[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Hyperlink doesn't work, added current page

Hi all!
I’ve added a privacy policy link in the “Contact Form 7” on my site, the lines added are these:
<p>[acceptance Consenso] Acconsento al trattamento dei dati personali secondo le condizioni espresse nella pagina d’informativa sulla privacy *</p>

The problem is that i get this link (https://www.alessandrosanti.it/contact/”https://www.alessandrosanti.it/privacy-policy/&#8221;), in the link there is the current page at the beginning and the link doesn’t work.

Every value i write in the href tag is added to the current page link, i don’t want the current page link to appear.

Can anyone help me? I think is a problem of the plugin when it renders the form.
