    Can your Plugin, OTP be used on Contact Form submissions? I want to set on my website email verification when you are submitting a query on any of my forms.

    Fill in form -> click submit -> Form Query (waiting or stored somewhere) -> receive a OTP in your email (email supplied when filling the form) -> verify your email -> Form is sent.

    OTP Verification support for Contact Form 7 has been added in version 1.5 of the plugin.

    the verify email does nothing on my contact form 7. therefore no OTP received in the email

    If possible can you share with us the URL of the page where you have hosted your CF7 Form? We can take a look and figure out what the issue might be.

    Hi Rashmi,

    Thank you for sharing the URL of your site. I had a look at your website but could not find any issue.

    You just need to follow the instructions given in the plugin when you select Contact Form 7 from the settings Tab to enable OTP Verification for your form.

    Hi,

    I got OTP in my Email but after providing the same OTP number it is showing error can u help me with that to fix.
    The e-mail address entered is invalid.

    Hi Rashmi,

    Thank you for getting in touch with and sharing the site URL. “The e-mail address entered is invalid.” error message is an error message thrown by Contact Form 7.

    Can you confirm that the Verify Code (required) field that you have added in the form is in this format : [text* email_verify] and not [email* email_verify]? Also, can you let me know if you are using any other plugin or custom code for verification of emails?
