Contact form 5.7.6 shows hourglass after hitting the send button

  • For some reason our customers see a hourglass like a ‘turning circle’ after filling in the form an hitting the ‘aanmelden’ button (send button).

    We are able to send mail from WordPress using WP mail smtp.

    Any ideas where to start investigation or is this a bug?

    Hi, we use as thema The7!.

    Also we use WooCommerce and several other plugins. Are you looking for a specific plugin that could be related to our issue?

    We use alongside Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7, CF7 Translation for Polylang and 20+ other plugins, and a custom theme.

    We use alongside Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7

    This is now working fine, apparently after the update of “Multilingual Contact Form 7 with Polylang”.

    That sounds hopeful.? We do not use this plugin yet. Did you install it recently?

    Nope always had it. Otherwise, could have been the Conditional Fields for CF7, but don’t think so.
