Contact Form

Sounds like a theme conflict issue or some other plugin conflict. It’s working just fine on all my sites, and nobody else has reported this as an issue.

I would need a lot more information, and at least a link to a page showing this issue, since it is not anything I can reproduce here.

Try switching to a default theme, such as Twenty Twelve, to see if the issue goes away. If it goes away with a different theme, then it’s a conflict with your theme. If it is still there, then you will have to go through and turn off other plugins one at a time and re-test until your figure out which other plugin is causing the conflict.

Then, if you send me the info on which theme, or which plugin, is causing the conflict, I can try to test on my system using the same theme or plugin, and see if I can find if it’s a problem with my plugin or the other theme/plugin.

When I remove the plugin shortcode the page views fine. When I change the template of the page to a page with no sidebar it also loads fine.

I am using themeboy Football Club theme.

OK… looks like I missed a closing div on the new wrapper div I added to the contact form with the last update. I’ll put out a quick update for it. If that doesn’t fix it, let me know, as there may be something else going on. I guess most other themes are much more forgiving of a missed closing tag? Doesn’t seem to affect the themes I’ve tested the plugin with.
