Contact form

  • Hi all. I am looking for a php file that I can use to create a contact me form outside of WordPress posts that I can put in a column on my WordPress sight. In other words I want to be able to put a link in my left column that will launch a form so people can use the form to contact me.
    Does anyone kinow of such a form that you could point me towards?
