contact for international shipping option on WooCommerce?

I’m working on https://www.mamablessings.co.uk and I’m trying to get shipping like this
￡3.50 for orders under ￡30
￡5.50 for orders over ￡30
I’ve managed this ok but what I can’t do is disable the Everywhere Else option.I’d like the dropdown to only show the UK and for a message somewhere to say ‘please contact for shipping rates outside of the UK’
Any ideas appreciated!
