Contact Fomr 7 – Drop down menu problem

I have this plugin and have modified it to include a drop down menu.
But when I test the contact form, the options that can be selected in the drop down menu don’t come through in the email.

I don’t know where I am going wrong.
All the other elements of the contact form come through fine.
