    Hi everyone!

    I’m using Events Manager free version and, as I saw several event attributes related to contact details, on the help page of the plugin (in the WordPress admin), I would like to use some of them on the events, instead of using custom attributes. But I find neither where nor how to enable these attributes in the event creation page.

    Is it only available in the Pro version?

    Edit: Ok, I just saw that #_CONTACTNAME is actually the post author’s name.

    Is there a way to change that and be able to use any name we want?

    But maybe it is easier to use some custom attributes.

    Hi,

    Can you tell us more about what you want to do? At the moment, it sounds like custom attributes would be the way to go.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

    Actually, I had started with some custom attributs, then I saw that some attributs are already available for these informations. But I’ve well understood, the contact infos are those of the event author?

    So I it’s that, yes, custom attributs are a better solution, because on the website I am creating, the person to contact for each events are not always the author of the event post (and they’re often outside people, not at all registered as users of the website).

    I wanted to know whether there was of possibility of change, for each event, the value of default contact attributs by any content we want, but if there isn’t, I’ll continue with custom attributs.

    Here is an example of event that will be published on the website.

    You can specify default options by using this style of format:

    #_ATT{Field Label}{Default Option|Option 1|Option 2}

    I did that an it is probably the easiest way to go.

    Thanks ??
