Contact fields aren’t mandatory

  • Hello Staff and tanks for this plugin?
    i have an issue about form fields..
    in my survey > contact tab > i selected as REQUIRED all three inputs, BUT in frontend people can view result without fill in the input boxes

    How to solve it?

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! When I go to the link that you provided and click the “Submit” button after answering questions but without entering in contact information, it will not submit and shows the error correctly. Are you still experiencing an issue when you submit the survey?

    If so, can you provide what version of the plugin you are using and what browser you are using?
