contact email of wordpress, difference wp.org and .com, cant login to com etc

I was looking for the EMAIL adress of wordpress, there has to be one by law, but I havent found it yet… I also need to know, how to acces WP through my Browser. Because I remember, that I was able to do it earlier on, but cant find the option.
