Contact Email Not Sending

I’ve updated my email in the “General options” and “Contact us section,” but I never receive any email despite seeing the success prompt.

I am operating out of child theme, and have edited the front-page.php as shownhere.

From what I can tell there’s nothing wrong with the code preventing the email from going through.
