    Hey Guys,

    I set up a form with your plugin and designed some DOI Templates. Well, the workflow to opt in is working fine. But in the E-Mail for DOI no e-mail address is shown just {{ contact.EMAIL }}. And I can’t unsubscribe. On top the “name” field is not parsed to Sendinblue.

    By entering the from from Sendinblue by HTML or Iframe it works fine. Just the form within the plugin fail. Any Idea?

    Hey Guys,

    I already had contact with Valerie from your team. She really helped me out with some configurations. Never the less I found some other glitches.

    1. When I add a Date-Field, the format is yyyy.dd.mm with the Plugin. By using the Iframe it works quiet well with dd.mmm.yyyy.
    2. The default configuration of the Form uses the field id=name this is not compatible with the IDs used in the backend of SIB. id=firstname, id=lastname. Maybe u can change this to avoid this problem for future users.
    3. Is there a way to combine the Woocommerce Plugin with this one or other side round. Cause I wanted to use the Newsletter checkbox within the cart. Installing a second plugin just for this feature is not optimal. (no clue what this means from technical side).

    Hope you can optimize this plugin (maybe with the checkout check box- option).

    Lost so much time on this.
    Talk with Sendinblue support and (after lots of emails!!) finally discovered that variable field (like {{ contact.EMAIL }}) works only if you enable “Activate email through Sendinblue” on the plugins options.

    @ssurf sorry we didn’t pass muster. We’ll do our best to make the discovery of what is possible with Sendinblue better moving forward.
