contact details are missing

  • We are receiving customer emails, but their contact details are missing. The body of the email is there but nothing else. Please advise. Many thanks.

    Have you checked the Mail tab for your contact form? That’s where you format what gets included in the emails sent by the plugin.

    Thanks. Yes, all seems to be correct. Besides, everything was working fine until recently. Then it just stopped. It’s like a bug or something.
