    I can seem to find a solution to an option to have (for example) my contact or companies appear in any of the other modules – (Project Manager, Accounting, HRM) or Vice versa… It appears that any contact is only in that module. I find myself re-adding a contact (or vendor, etc) to a different module only to be told that contact already exists.

    The other modules seem to know about the company or contact, but I can find a way to import those contact into a different module.

    To be a little more clear – I am manually entering contact and such in CRM and the entered info does not appear in any other module. And vice versa.

    We are giving this a thought from the beginning, and a bit overlooked, buried in implementing feature lists. Contacts/companies should be available across CRM and Accounting module, but not HR (because it doesn’t have any use there). Technically it’s the same contact/company when you are trying to add that entity to another module, in that time we offer you to import that entity to that module and we put a reference there. This should be improved though.

    I’ve not seen an option to import client, companiesn into other modules. I have seen the option for new registrations to auto import into crm.

    Perhaps I’ve missed it, I’ll keep an eye out for the option.

    Right now, you can import a CRM contact/company into Accounting module as Customer or Vendor. In the Add New Customer/Vendor page, type the contact email address and then press tab or click anywhere except the email input box. You’ll get an option to import that contact as customer/vendor.

    Thank you this works – doesn’t seen to attached the photo though – but I can wait for that!

    Keep up the good work! I think this will be a killer app once all is implemented and ironed out!

    You’ve already got a lot of my money and keep at it and you’ll get more of it!

    Everything one my website and I don’t need to send clients allover the place to see art proofs, invoices, timelines… All you need is a mind map. and image approval contract approval and you’d be near perfect for my needs!
