    Hi,

Please find this KB article: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/598/

Please note the email function won’t work if your website is hosted on a localhost now. when you upload it to a web host it will work.

Still not working… and the site is online.
So if I understand correctly, when a client visit a page for a property details and the “contact agent” is there, when he press on ‘send’ a notification is sent to the agent of that listing through the email address registered in his wordpress user profile?
My notifications are enabled. Any reason why the send button would not work?
Also, what are the notification sender email and sender mail?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

Yes WPL use WordPress email of agent for sending notification.

You can specify sender email and sender name in WPL settings->Notifications now. If you didn’t fill them WPL uses [email protected] without sender name.

This feature is working fine in our demo website so maybe something is wrong with your server. Please open a private ticket here and provide us FTP and WordPress backend access then we can check it.

    Hi,
When I use the Contact Agent Form and push on the button ‘send’, I have the confirmation that the message sent to agent. But no mail come.
I edited the Notifications part, and fill in my email into the advanced tab, section Email address. I also modify my profile and fill in the section ‘Email’.
I’m test your plugin on my local machine ‘iMac’ with MAMP application.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

I looked at the log of my server and finally found the reason why…
The way I fixed it was to enable filter_var et ctype_digit in PHP. The form is using it and doesn’t work if they are not enabled.
    Hope this helps ??

    Neo.
