    In our WordPress website, using Contact 7 integrated with reCaptcha v3, many of users receiving “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later”.

    This make us lose important business feedback from customers, impacting negatively our revenues and quality of service.

    Please advise how to correct it.

    We have read your message thoroughly. Actually, the thing is we have only developed a few extensions for the Contact Form 7 plugin. We can assure you that this issue has nothing to do with our plugin.

    It seems to be coming from the Contact Form 7 plugin. That’s why we’ll request you to contact the author of the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    Hopefully, they will come up with a solution to this issue.
