    Hi Everyone,

    I am using contact plugin “Contact 7” plugin. I created contact form and added the short code of the contact plugin in page of my WordPress website. The contact form is created perfectly but I have some issue in sending mail from contact form of my WordPress website after clicking ‘Send feedback’ button.

    I kindly request anyone to provide a solution for this mail sending issue.

    Hi @gappiah,
    have some issue in sending mail from contact form of my WordPress website after clicking ‘Send feedback’ button. When a client click ‘Send Feedback’ button after entering contact form details (such as From mail, Name, Subject, and Message), mail is not sending to client after clicking the ‘Send Feedback’ button. This is the mail issue I am facing. I kindly request to give a solution for this issue.

    If you’re unable to receive emails, this may be either because CF7 is having issues, or your hosting server is unable to send out the emails. If your hosting server is unable to send emails, you can work around that buy instructing WordPress to use a third-party service (eg Gmail/Mailgun/SendGrid, etc) to send out the emails instead of using your server.

    You can use the plugin linked below to both troubleshoot why you’re unable to receive emails, and also set up a third-party service that WordPress can use to send the emails.

    Thank you,@gappiah for the suggestion. Now I can receive the clients’ mail from contact form.
