    Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

    One Solution

    I was woking on xyz site.But i have started site in my own server first .When i uploaded into client server.then mail sent option was not working.I have found telephone shortcode field was not working on that server properly.When i removed that field it resolved my issue.

    I also found solution just add new form and then try to all stuff as it is.. its worked for me.
