Contact 7 Form not working

Hi
I cannot get the Contact Form 7 form to work with this plugin. All my other Contact 7 forms are working and I have tried them all with the plugin and none work.All read as sent successfully but nothing arrives in my inbox.
Is there something else I need to do?
