Contact 7 form does not work on category index

  • I have a contact 7 form on a post. See

    It works fine on the post. But if I put the post into a category, when I go to the index of that category, the index for the category shows the post with the post content including the field labels, but without any form fields or a submit button.

    From the category index, I can select the post and on the post page, see the form fully. But I want the form to function on the post when it appear on the category index. Can anyone please suggest what to do to make so?
