Contact 7 Form and Contact DB

I have 3 Contact 7 forms being managed by Contact DB. I was wondering if you can either change it in the Contact Form 7 Or Contact DB to find out what The information is referenced to as in Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, what the menus correspond to etc.
