Customers don’t receive an email telling them that their order was refunded?
-
Hi,
We use your plugin for Store Credits (And LOVE it), but when we give a customer a store credit, Woocommerce sends them an “Order Refunded” email with zero mention of any store credit, no instructions, nothing. It doesn’t tell them if it was refunded to their original payment method or to a store credit…it’s just a generic refund email.
We checked the plugin settings and there seems to be no settings at all about this; and we have customers with nearly $20,000 in store credits who have no clue that they have one.
Is there a store credit email setting somewhere that we can’t seem to locate for this?
Everything shown in the knowledge base here is missing in the plugin:

We bypassed this problem by using Uncanny Automator to text people that they have a store credit, but are really confused how there’s no email to a customer telling them that they received one to begin with.
