Consumer Time tracker website

Hi, Im looking to develop a simple consumer friendly time tracking widget for a good cause. Not a real reporting tool, but rather an infographic cool front end that users can add theirs. Any suggestions and recommendations for a good developer?

Use Case-
User come to the site via mobile or desktop to register ( First Name, Last Name, Email, Location, Opt in for newsletter)

User enters time spent that day on doing their task. Very simple fields( what did you do, pulldown list, how many hrs/min)

Site displays a ticker/Total of total amount of hours, location (simple google dashboard style look) from all users.
User can select menu- display All hrs, my hrs, add hrs.

Looking for a developer to build this concept- we will provide the UX/UI.
