• Hello.
I am currently using the W3-total-cache plugin for a project, but I am having some problems.
I am posting this in order to solve it.

First of all, I moved the entire wordpress folder from the current environment to a different one on a different server.
At that time, the location of the W3-total-cache CDN setting was also changed, so I created and set up a new IAM key on the new server (AWS).

However, the connection did not work with the key I had set up.
I deleted the plugin once and re-installed it, but the same phenomenon is occurring.

If anyone has encountered this phenomenon and solved it, or knows of a solution, I would appreciate your help.

    The details are as follows

?The CDN is connected to AWS S3 on the server.
?The CDN is connected to AWS S3 on the server.
?The same settings were made at the new location, and even after setting the key, the connection does not work (connection test also fails). (Connection test also fails.)
?The version of the plugin used is not the same as the one used in the new location.
?The version of the plugin is 2.2.9 on the original site.

Also, not sure if this is related, but the following error appears at the top of the admin screen when installing and uninstalling other plugins.

    ——————————————–

ERROR: The request could not be satisfied CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. That’s all I have to say.

I would appreciate your wisdom. Thank you in advance.

    Hello @yuuta39

Thank you for reacing out and I am happy to help!

This seems like the issue with your new hosting provider not communicating with the AWS for some reason.
To confirm, you’ve had the CDN set up before moving to a different server and everything was working fine?

    Thanks!
