Constructor update – crazy menu issues/background issues

    I updated to the latest 1.5.10 and my menu system has gone completely haywire. It uses one large full width drop down for everything on some computers on CHrome, IE shows no dropdown but the main menu looks OK, some IE shows opacity styles not working (everything is transparent), some computers look fine in Chrome. I have no idea what to do. Any ideas? Worked fine on .8 theme until I lost all control of adding/editing images.
