Constructor theme problem – missing both sidebars

Dear fellow WordPressers.
Since yesterday I’m experiencing weird problem when accessing the home page from work.Both, left and sidebars are messed-up. They are missing – just a portion of it is visible on the left (extra)sidebar.
Also, the center of the page is showing partially (the sentences are cut)
Once when i log in , everything looks normal.
Accessing the page from home does not show the above problem.
Please check and advise. I’m kind of hopeless.
