Constrain Slider

Hey

I would like the slider to have fixed proportions. It is not necessary for the slider to respect the size of the files that I upload.

If it is possible, would someone please tell me how to ensure that the slider will not adjust itself to the images that I upload. I would prefer that the slider remains constant- and the images scaled.
