Constantly getting timeouts with CPT which has lots of ACF

I have custom post type with a lot of Advanced Custom Fields attached to it. And it gets constantly timedout. My multsite has database of 264MB. So it quite small. Any ideas how to debug or what is wrong? I get this error. I get this error in debug.log
