Constantly errors appear

These kinds of warnings typically indicates that the PHP version is too old. Update at least to 7.0-

Those means that the function has now more arguments than in the older version. Calling function with older version, it is natural to get these kinds of warning.

This is due to a problem in the Russian translation. Both are caused by a single incorrectly translated string, likely due to it not getting updated (.org is serving a fuzzy translation which isn’t good). The problem is %1$s was replaced with %htitle% which causes the error. language pack is 4 years old, i’ve approved fixed string and translated new strings up to 95% +, so an updated languaged pack will be generated soon.

I checked all of the translations with >10% completion. It looks like the following languages also have this issue:
