Constantly Bombarded with Emails to Renew

I did not renew the subscription as we changed to Magepeople Events.
It has been two months, and weekly they keep opening support tickets in my name that I have not renewed.
Then Zendesk keeps email that I have not responded to the ticket.
Horrible tactics to try and force someone to renew, especially as a business owner of a Digital Agency and developer of 15 years…. this really pissed me off.
