    I’m sorry to hear you’re facing issues with updates. We have a?very nice blog post?explaining why we release so often. It doesn’t mean we have lots of bugs to fix, but the MailPoet dev team is always working on improvements running in the background of the plugin as well.

    Of course, it’s frustrating when common bugs persist, but the fact that we release weekly also means that you may get the fix for them faster.

    Regarding support, you’re welcome to share your questions here in the forums. Support via email is part of the Premium features we offer to paid customers, so we encourage you to subscribe to a paid plan if you want to contact us via email or get a faster response from the team.

    Other than that, we keep our public documentation up-to-date and try to share as much as possible about the plugin, so you can feel supported by our articles as well.

    If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to share, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
