    Hi @sophdurham,

    Thank you for contacting us! There was a change in the Instagram API recently that required an update to the plugin (version 6.1.5 for the free version) to correct. After the update though, it’s necessary to reconnect the Instagram accounts and you may also need to edit the feeds, go to Settings > Sources (screenshot), and re-select the account.

    If you have completed those steps, but you are still seeing accounts getting disconnected regularly, please send us a support request here and include the System Info from one of the sites and we’ll be happy to investigate more closely. Please only include the System Info in a support request on our site as this should not be shared in the public forum here.
