Constant Random Failures

  • Utterly useless. It’s 50/50 whether my customers can actually manage to complete their order or not, with random and unexplained payment rejections and checkout loops. The backend constantly nags as well.

    I have long preferred people pay through Square because it’s cheaper, and it just works. Paypal give absolutely no useful support or documentation for the errors, so I’m probably going to ditch it completely. I’ve had enough with customer complaints for what should be the easiest bit of the website!
