Constant errors. Not Free. I’m off!

Advertised as free, yes you can design emails for free but to send you need to pay. Only ￡6 per month. I have been paying for almost a year, I’m always having errors, support seem friendly but never actually solve issues, just escalated them one I have been waiting a reply for 6 months now. Subscribers are being unsubscribed and it can not be resolved once they have been unsubscribed you can not change it. They say it’s the people choosing to opt out, well it has done it to all 4 of my own personal emails now.
And now they have added a creative mail banner to all emails which you can not remove, it’s in neon bright colours totally off theme for my templates. If I’m paying for a service I do not want your advertisements in my emails. If it was actually free to use then I could tolerate this.
I have been getting annoyed for a while now and now with this new banner I’m leaving will not use them again.
