Constant Contact – Will My Blog Posts Be Sent to My Contact List?

I am setting up a blog for a friend and I have never used constant contact before. She wants to transition from sending out newsletters to just sending out her blog feed to her contacts. I am not sure how to set this up.

I have added the Constant Contact API plug-in, and the ‘newsletter’ subscriber list shows up in the lists section. Now how do I link that list to the blog so that every time a new blog post is posted, those subscribers get it emailed to them?
