Constant Contact Reauthorization Not Working

    Hello,

    Recently, a client’s site of mine went down and it appears all plugins were disabled.

    I reactivated Mailoptin and went to Integration. It was saying that Constant Contact needed to be reauthorized. I clicked the link, logged into Constant Contact, clicked the Allow Authorization link and it returned back to the client site. However, it keeps asking for reauthorization, no matter how many times I do reauthorize it, or even using different browsers.

    The site is WordPress 4.9.9, PHP version 7.x and running The Voux Theme.

    Please advise.

    You only need to reauthouze if you want to connect another constant contact account.

    So long there is a Connected status, you are good to go.

    Sorry for the confusion. We will add some description in future version to prevent misunderstanding such as this.
