constant contact list doesn’t updated

good evening i installed your plugin in wordpress, i configured it with constant contact account and correct api app. The connection test gives a positive result but when I submit the signup via the form on this page https://printenomics.com/free-ebook-from-beast-to-beauty-v1/ the list in the constant contact platform does not receive the contact. Can you please help me?
