I’m having problems with my ConstantContact form on the above site for a client – I’m not able to get it to add submissions to the CC list. I’m using plug-in version 1.4.3, WordPress version 5.0.2, PHP 7.2.6 and MySQL version 5.1.55. (yes, I know that’s an outdated version of MySQL, that’s a limitation on the part of my client’s host – Yahoo Small Business / Aabaco). I’ve looked through the support threads and haven’t been able to solve this problem.

I’ve tried checking / unchecking Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling and I’ve checked to make sure that the opt in check box shows on the form and it’s still not working.

The same form on a test version on a different web host (https://claireprucherepperly.com/swest/) does populate the CC list.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@constantcontact – ignore my above question – just realized the answer’s in the error message (wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log). Will try making the file and report back.

@constantcontact – the debugging log is activated. This is the message it shows:

[2019-01-12 22:13:25] API.INFO: mashery.not.authorized.inactive: The Mashery account associated with this request is not active, or an invalid API key was used. [“Extra information”,[“[object] (stdClass: {\”error_key\”:\”mashery.not.authorized.inactive\”,\”error_message\”:\”The Mashery account associated with this request is not active, or an invalid API key was used.\”})”]] []

Do you have any sort of Mashery integration set up with the website? For some reason details around Mashery are getting included in what gets sent to the API. However, this is causing an error here, as shown above, and likely rejecting the request as a whole. That would explain why people aren’t presently getting added.

Any changes or new development with this one @cpedesign ?

@constantcontact – nothing new. Got distracted by other problems. Thanks for checking in on this.

I haven’t set up any Mashery integration. We’re using shared web hosting from Yahoo Small Business / Aabaco.

I’m leaning towards trying another plugin or the inline form. What would be the next steps in problem solving this plugin?

Honestly, figuring out what part of your website is possibly including the Mashery details in a place that we don’t need it would be the next step towards resolution. It’s possible that something you have installed has the integration, even without actively realizing it. While not guaranteed, I am wondering if the YSB part may have some integration available as a feature.

Thanks. I tried the inline form and it seems to be working, so I’m going to give up on this plugin and mark this as resolved.

    Thank you for your help!
