  • Hi bostondesignz,

I’m sorry for the trouble with that. When you get a chance, could you please visit our tutorial on setting up Constant Contact in WPForms to double check that all steps have been completed?

A common issue, for example, is to forget to map the Email field (shown in this screenshot).

When you’re able to check through this, could you please let me know if you still see any issues or have any questions?

    Thanks! ??

    Hi,
I solved the problem – I had linked another plugin to Constant Contact, and I had to delete that plugin. Now my info is going to Constant Contact.
One other problem – is there any way to get my custom Constant Contact fields to show up in WP Forms?
    Thanks!
    Diane

    Hi Diane,

Ok, I’m glad you were able to get that first part sorted! I haven’t seen a conflict like that before — would you be willing to share the name of the other plugin so I can make a note of it?

For custom fields, unfortunately Constant Contact doesn’t provide a way for us to pull these. Instead, it seems that they only intend for custom fields to be used within their own website.

In case it helps, here’s a support thread from Constant Contact’s site that provides some additional detail from one of their developers.

As their developer shares in that thread, hopefully they’ll make some improvements in the next version of their API – however I wasn’t able to find an ETA on that at this point.

I apologize that this isn’t currently an available option. If you have any other questions, please let me know! ??
