I manually reconnected our account to CC, which caused lists to reappear and 130 contacts to be bulk brought over to the appropriate list etc. So things seem okay now. The alert remained for a while though so sharing the debug log.

Only weird thing I see now is the “account name” “email” fields on the ‘disconnect’ tab are blank

    Hmm,

Seems like the install tends to struggle to refresh with token grants and thus gets stuck. That said, it looks like our catches for signup attempts in the meantime is working, which is good to know.

Based on the code, the last part with the “create_update_contact” section, there are cases of empty error key/message pairs. Not something i’m worrying about at the exact moment.

Do you have a link to the site in question? We’d like to test submitting to it and see how that goes.

Wow thanks for the lightning fast response! https://ironvestpartners.com/contact/

I appreciate the thorough investigation folks, really.

So i bet those missing key/message pairs might relate to the fact the fname/lname (and message body as a “note”) didn’t make it over for the submissions during this down-time

Because the first and last name are def required fields.

Not huuugely worried about this right now, it seems a GREAT many of these form submissions are spam so… guess we need to tighten that up.

Just submitted to the form, if the signup/contact worked, you should see any entry from “Constant Contact Forum Support”.

Regarding the blank spots, it’s very much specifically from error fields from the API response, and not something that first/last name values would populate. Still not a spot I’m immediately worried about here ??

The plugin does try to reject detected spam as much as it can as well, especially with regard to API replies after submitting.

Won’t hurt to keep an eye on things a bit longer just in case issues return. If that’s the case, feel free to re-respond here and we can resume checking into things.
