We are getting the “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that need addressed” notice at the top of the Admin screen and looks like email addresses are not being added to our list inside Constant Contact.

Here is the contents of the Logs section:
    [2020-02-26 03:23:05] API.INFO: Submitted contact data ["Extra information",[{"email___3c59495a3edf2d27cd20fc1987544522":{"key":"email","val":"***@obfuscated.com"},"email":"***@obfuscated.com","first_name___185b795264e09a98fe0f4e47e70e8e90":{"key":"first_name","val":"JohnTwo"},"list":"1283048703"}]] []

Please let me know what we need to do.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi @wpfiend based on that log alone, it looks like things are generally going well, at least for what is getting logged.

It is possible that it’s a temporary false positive and able to be disregarded. The fact that you visited the debug log page should remove the admin notice as well. However, if it comes back, something else may be afoot.

We’re definitely looking into how to better improve this topic to help debug issues with list/contact management while also not alarming our users more than necessary, but I personally thing we’re not there quite yet.

At minimum, I’d say keep an eye on things for the moment, and if the notice comes back, let us know for sure.

    Thanks for the quick response.

Unfortunately, the admin notice is still showing up at the top of the admin pages.

Also, we cannot seem to connect to Constant Contact as the list of Lists is not showing any entries. Here is the error message that it is displaying when trying to connect to Constant Contact:

    Any ideas…??

    Thanks again.

For the Guzzle error, I’d review some of the info over at https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/18159-WordPress-Error-60 as it’s somewhat related. I know that the docs show details regarding Windows, and based on the first errors above, it looks like your site is on Linux more. However, never hurts to double check.

That said, you may need to reach out to your hosting support to resolve it as it’s nothing to do with the plugin itself, it’s more on the server configuration and not managing to find a working SSL certificate to use.

    OK, understood.

Do you think, since this site is still using PHP version 5.6, this could be a cause for the above issue…??

    Thanks.

Nope, because we still support PHP 5.6 in the plugin. It’s at the server configuration level in this case and server your site is hosted on not being able to find a suitable SSL certificate to use.

We changed hosting companies and all is well now.

    Thanks for all your help.

Definitely one way to handle that server-level issue. Glad things are working for you now. Let us know if you need anything else.
